Arrived for schedule appointment, was seen promptly. Routine oil change and trip inspection. Noted alignment needed, but not critical, yet, and I said go ahead and do. Service Manager returned a few minutes later and advised that in keeping with my must depart by 1030, said could not get it done in time. Offered to get it done that afternoon whenever I could get back. More
