the change from Huggins to Reeves has degraded the service experience somewhat. I had an appointment for my A1 service . Once I arrived , I had to wait for over ten minutes in my car to have someone ask me what I am there for . Norm Reeves has an exceptional Service Department. The Waiting Area is clean and comfortable with fresh foods,snacks, and an array of drinks. The Service Team keeps in touch with me via messages complete with pictures so I may know what is found and/or recommended for my vehicle and I may communicate with them this way as well as through my Service Advisor (Nathaniel Franklin) who remains accessible before,during,and after my visit. I am reassured to have Nate who works hard to find an appointment day and time to “fit” my schedule and checks to make sure I understand what is happening with my vehicle and easy to access when I have questions or specific requests. Nathaniel efficiently,effectively,and with kindness and respect cares for me and my vehicle every time I am in need of Service which makes me glad to see him at Norm Reeves (and to drive the extra distance as opposed to taking my Honda (all 3 of them in our family!) to a Honda Dealership very near our home! I would like to mention that since Nate has been my Service Advisor that I have had Surgeries on both feet as well as many Procedures on both knees and have either arrived with a Walker,Surgical Boot,and/or “normal” shoes (and variable levels of pain), and I have noticed that Nathaniel has a unique perception as to what “special care” I may need, and is concerned, yet doesn’t “fret”, and I am aware that he is fine with me finding a special place outside to listen to music as well as empathetic and accommodating if I need to find a “cushy” place to rest as he watches over me as well as my vehicle,and I leave feeling well cared for and grateful with each visit!
