The Norm Reeves dealership contacted me to inform me that parts for a recall on furl system were niw available. I was then assisted to schedule a service visit to have the recall remediated. While at the service appointment as scheduled, the service associate also added the A1 service needed as was shown on my vehicle's display. Since the services needed were to require a significant time to complete, the service associate arranged a ride home as well as a ride back to the dealership when the servicing was complete. I now have a well serviced Ridgeline and sm very pleased with the interaction I had with all who were part of this activity at Norm Reeves Honda deslership. More

Norm Reeves advertised a Pilot on Autotrader for $37,941. When I arrived at the dealership the sales associate stated the vehicle was available for purchase, but sales manager Phil Ward raised the online pri When I arrived at the dealership the sales associate stated the vehicle was available for purchase, but sales manager Phil Ward raised the online price to $46,336 and refused to honor the original advertised price stating an error. General Manager James Ponce also refused honor the advertised price and was dismissive about state law and deceptive trade practices. These unethical business practices wouldn’t have happened under Huggins ownership. I will be filing a complaint with the Texas Department of Motor Vehicles and will not be working with Norm Reeves in the future. More
