Service tech was not available when I checked in for my 1130 am appointment. Waited 10 minutes before another advisor came out. The greeter in the service area when I drove into the bay was great. I then waited over 2 hours for a simple oil change. I went to the service manager and she was fantastic! Elizabeth French was very positive and treated me with understanding with my frustration. Because of her, I will give your dealership another opportunity for my business and possibly purchase of a new vehicle when I am ready. Kudos to Elizabeth! More
