Terrible Experience - Shady, Unprofessional, and Disrespectful I had an awful experience at Norm Reeves Honda, mainly due to our service provider, Kaylynne Bledsaw. She arrived late to our appoin Disrespectful I had an awful experience at Norm Reeves Honda, mainly due to our service provider, Kaylynne Bledsaw. She arrived late to our appointment and unapologetically stated that the reason for her tardiness was because she was "smoking her vape." This not only reflects poorly on her but also on Honda as a whole. Throughout the process, she was rude, unprofessional, and tried to overcharge me while misquoting prices. It was clear she was more interested in scamming me than providing honest service. I felt completely disrespected. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. If you care about your time, money, and receiving professional service, stay far away from this place. More
