I was disappointed in how my car was handled while I was waiting for it to be fixed. First I didn't get any information on what day it would be done, then when I did it was because I kept messaging to see w waiting for it to be fixed. First I didn't get any information on what day it would be done, then when I did it was because I kept messaging to see what was the status of my car, I was promised to be called but wasn't, after I kept texting finally after a week I was told it would be done. I feel like lack of communication was a big problem, after I was told my car would be done that day I messaged to say I was on my way to pick it up and I was told the mechanic said it wasn't done and I can pick it up without it being done but had to bring it back to get fixed more because I had to pay for something when it sounded worse driving it then when I brought it in. The advisor apologized and I feel like this is the last time I will ever come here to get my car fixed. It wasn't only lack of communication with the advisor but the mechanic, I should have been contacted but wasn't. I feel like the mechanic took so long and the advisor had to hear I was so upset about it. The advisor made it up to me but in reality this could have been avoided if I was contacted and the mechanic did everything he needed to do in a timely manner. Just disappointing. More
