The transaction was simple and not painful as purchasing a vehicle can be. Josh delivered the Tacoma early the following morning. It was cleaned in/out and it didn't look like a 17-year-old truck and a full tank, what more could I have asked for. The overall condition was outstanding. I test drove it and it drove great. Buyer Beware - This dealership is an example of why people don't trust car sales If you're considering buying a car here, be very careful. Once the sale is done, don't expect them to follow through on promises or even return your calls. I purchased a vehicle from this dealership and had it delivered last year. During the delivery walk-around, I immediately noticed a paint chip on the car. The person who delivered it acknowledged the damage, took photos, and assured me it would be taken care of. That was the last I ever heard from him. Despite multiple follow-ups via calls and text, no one at the dealership responded. Eventually we reached someone in client relations and later spoke directly with the General Manager. Not only was the GM dismissive and unhelpful, but he also denied the previous acknowledgment from his own employee. According to him, the person who delivered my car no longer remembers the damage -- even though he took photos at the time. Leadership starts at the top - and this GM failed. The experience has been incredibly frustrating. I was promised a resolution and treated as if my concerns didn't matter. The lack of professionalism and accountability from this dealership is unacceptable. More
