I could not afford the repairs I came in for but opted to have my brakes repaired instead. I was told I would be charged the cost to Repair the brakes as well as the initial service fee. The service fee would not be included but would be in addition to the repairs because what I chose to repair was different from what I asked to be checked. I call that gouging! More

Oil change and recall repair Took my car in for an oil change and recall repair. I have a 2014 Chevrolet SS Sedan. Not many service techs know anything about SS Sedan, but William Took my car in for an oil change and recall repair. I have a 2014 Chevrolet SS Sedan. Not many service techs know anything about SS Sedan, but William Spencer was very knowledgeable about the car. When visiting other dealers for oil change in the past I needed to mention the engine was an LS3, and needed 8 quarts of oil. William Spencer was already aware of the car's fluid capacities and specs. I was contacted as soon as parts needed for recall were available. Repairs were completed without much waiting, and everything that was done for recall work was clearly stated on repair order. Would take my car there again in the future. More

Will waste months of your time and give no answers I would never ever bring my car back to this dealership again. I would recommend anyone who is considering using this horrible abomination of a Chevy I would never ever bring my car back to this dealership again. I would recommend anyone who is considering using this horrible abomination of a Chevy dealership to consider whether they have months to wait and hours of time to waste getting a simple answer to your service question. Please see below for a detailed review of the problems with this dealership: This was the worst service I could ever imagine at a dealership. I brought my car in on October 29, 2016 for an issue I was having with the headlight and requested that they diagnose and then submit as a warranty repair. Jorge Escobar was my service manager and was unable to provide any diagnosis on the problem. He stated that the service technicians believed it was a short in the headlight, but they were not going pull the front end off to determine what was causing the outage. He quoted me about $1100 for parts and labor. I explained to Jorge that my car was still covered by a Certified Pre-owned Warranty and that I would I like him submit it as a warranty repair request. Over the next few weeks I sent numerous text messages, emails and calls to the service department to find out whether the warranty request went through. I NEVER received an answer. Finally, I called the service department and requested to speak to a manager, but was told none were available and they put me through to Jorge instead. I found out from Jorge that he incorrectly submitted it as a warranty adjustment for an out of date bumper to bumper warranty and not as a replacement under the Certified Pre-Owned Warranty. He also spent about 45 minutes on the phone with me looking for an alleged "email" he sent letting me know the status of the claim, only to finally admit that he had, in fact, never sent me any communication. After wasting over 90 minutes on the phone to find out they hadn't even submitted a repair request, Jorge assured me that he would do it that afternoon and get back to me the following week. I contacted Jorge twice the following week and got NO response. Not a yes, or even a no. Just NO RESPONSE. It is now January 25, 2017 and I am no closer to solving this issue than in October. I wish that I had heeded the other reviews of this place and just stayed away. If customer service monitors these Google reviews at all please reach out to me because I have fully documented my futile attempts to work with Jorge Escobar and would be happy to share them with management. Sleazy high pressure operation First thing when you show up on the lot is they want your phone number. Won't talk to you without it. I don't want to be in their callback/harrassme First thing when you show up on the lot is they want your phone number. Won't talk to you without it. I don't want to be in their callback/harrassment file until I decide that I might buy from them. Have had a similar experience at Hooman Acura and Hooman Hyundai,, Clearly this is a tactic that comes from the top. In this case I walked and bought two new Chevrolets elsewhere. More
VERY BAD SERVICE I TOOK MY CAR IN TO FIX ONE PROBLEM, THEN I WAS GIVEN A LIST OF THINGS I NEEDED TO FIX. MY CAR WAS STARTING UP FINE BEFORE I TOOK IT IN FOR THE SERVIC I TOOK MY CAR IN TO FIX ONE PROBLEM, THEN I WAS GIVEN A LIST OF THINGS I NEEDED TO FIX. MY CAR WAS STARTING UP FINE BEFORE I TOOK IT IN FOR THE SERVICE REPAIR, I DECIDED I WAS ONLY GOING TO GET THE INITIAL PROBLEM I TOOK IT IN FOR FIXED, AND THE REST I WILL GET REPAIRED ELSE WHERE. WHEN I WENT IN TO GET MY CAR AFTER PAYING 1822.33 FOR THE REPAIR, MY CAR WOULD NOT START . I HAD TO LEAVE MY CAR AND GO BACK THE NEXT DAY WITH A TOW TRUCK. EVERYONE WAS RUDE. I HEARD MANY DIFFERENT MECHANICS MAKING COMMENTS LIKE " HOW IS SHE GOING TO GET HER CAR IF IT DOES NOT START". DEALERSHIP WANTED ME TO PAY AN EXTRA 1600 FOR A STARTER, AND A VALVE OIL PRESSURE AND I WAS NOT GOING TO PAY THAT. SO I FEEL THE DEALERSHIP DELIBERATELY CAUSED THAT CAR TO NOT START. More
