Do not purchase anything even three degrees from Hooman Nissani. Nothing about any of his dealerships is ethical. They will up sell you on upgrades they will not include (until you threaten legal action) b Nissani. Nothing about any of his dealerships is ethical. Who sells a car to an unlicensed driver who only has a learners permit and lets them drive off the lot??? They are very unethical. They took advantage of a starry eyed 19 year old kid. I had my car service and my rubber lining on m Heights and Culver City the Service staff men are cruel, disrespectful and arrogant to minority women. I had my car service and my rubber lining on my door was damaged they refused to take responsibility for it and was very disrespectful. I will not recommend anyone to patronize this Dealership at all, as a matter of fact it should be relocated to an inhumane location. Belanie Brown More
false promises and poor customer service, ignores customers Good Afternoon General Manager Derik, I am a current customer that is now reaching out to the General Manager regarding my concern that has not yet Good Afternoon General Manager Derik, I am a current customer that is now reaching out to the General Manager regarding my concern that has not yet been addressed. Please see the original email sent to Ali Ghasham October 7, 2019 and again on October 8, 2019 to Ali Ghasham below. Mr. Ali Ghasham never responded to either of the two emails. I then phoned the dealership to speak with him personally on October 10, 2019 and he stated that he didn't get my emails. He then searched his email while I was on the phone and found my emails. He stated that XS Wear should be up to $5,000 when I let him know that I spoke with GM Financial Leasing at (866) 631-0132 and I was told that XS Wear only covers up to $400 and he stated that he would get back to me after he talks to his boss. Shortly after on October 10, 2019, a gentleman by the name of Mark phoned me back and identified himself as the supervisor of Ali Ghasham. He also stated that the XS Wear Program is worth more than $400 when I let him know that I spoke with GM Financial Leasing at (866) 631-0132. He stated that he would talk to his finance manager and get back to me. Shortly after on October 10, 2019, Ali Ghasham phoned me back and stated that he does not remember this case, he stated that a gentleman by the name or Mark Stampen? did this deal, and that he can not help me with this. I explained that I never dealt with a Mark Stampen? and that he worked my deal himself. He then stated that my having his business card does not mean that he worked by deal, his business card is floating all around the dealership. I am 100 percent certain that Ali Ghasham worked my deal. I was in a state of shock when he again stated that he can not help me and that he did not do this. He then stated that he will talk to his general manager and call me back. As of today, October 14, 2019, no one has phoned me back and no one has been able to assist me with this very important matter. I am a returning customer (leased 2 vehicles from your dealership) and not only is my credit in good standing with GM Financial, as a customer that pays her monthly payment on time, but I have also recommended your dealership to two different family members. This entire experience has been stressful and disheartening. I do not have $1,650.92 to pay when I PURCHASED an XS Wear package with the 2016 leased Traverse and when I was PROMISED that I would not get a bill for any excess miles, it would be worked into the new deal with the 2019 leased Traverse. Please assist me with this matter ASAP More
