THE WORST DEALERSHIP I HAD MY FRONT BRAKES DONE AT HOOMAN CHEVROLET 8 MONTHS AGO AND NOW THEY ARE SQUEEKING AGAIN AND THEY WONT EVEN LOOK AT THEM WITH OUT CHARGING ME. WHE I HAD MY FRONT BRAKES DONE AT HOOMAN CHEVROLET 8 MONTHS AGO AND NOW THEY ARE SQUEEKING AGAIN AND THEY WONT EVEN LOOK AT THEM WITH OUT CHARGING ME. WHEN ITS CLEARLY THEIR FAULT. I NEEDED AN ESTIMATE ON MY TRUCK FOR BODY DAMAGE AND MECHANICAL DAMAGE FOR INSURANCE COMPANY SO I DROPPED MY TRUCK OFF FOR 2 DAYS AND 15 DAYS LATER STILL NO ESTIMATE FROM ERNIE SANDOVAL HOOMANS BODY WORK GUY AND IF I WANT MECHANICAL LOOKED AT, JUST LOOKED AT FOR INSURANCE THAT'S $130.00 DOLLARS JUST IN CASE THE INSURANCE DOESN'T GO THROUGH THEY SAID. ALSO IT WILL TAKE YOU ALL DAY TO GET YOUR CAR SEEN BY A SERVICE WRITER EVEN IF YOU HAVE APPOINTMENT. THEY ARE SUPER SLOOOOOW. 3 DESKS AND ONE SERVICE WRITER WORKING WHILE OTHERS ARE LOLLY GAGGING AROUND THE DEALERSHIP WHILE A LINE OF CARS WAIT FOR HELP. THE DEALER IS NOT THERE TO HELP YOU, ALL THEY WANT IS YOUR MONEY THEY SEE YOU THEY SEE DOLLAR SIGNS DON'T BE FOOLED. FROM NOW ON I WILL BE GOING TO CADILLAC/GMC MARTIN AUTOMOTIVE IN SANTA MONICA AND THEY WILL BE DOING THE 6000.00 DOLLAR JOB ON MY TRUCK AND YEP THEY DID BOTH ESTIMATES FOR ME FOR FREE!! More

Horrible I bought a new car, after a week I got a threating phone call from one of their managers accusing me of fraud and that I needed to returned the car ri I bought a new car, after a week I got a threating phone call from one of their managers accusing me of fraud and that I needed to returned the car right away. I was at work so they scared me I went in to fix things and they just told me they were calling the police and that I had to wait. I demanded to speak to some one in charge and was denied. They were so disrespectful towards me. More

Rip off I went in because my rt passenger door would not lock or unlock. So they ended up charging me $475 for a $50 mechanism and the rest in labor. As so I went in because my rt passenger door would not lock or unlock. So they ended up charging me $475 for a $50 mechanism and the rest in labor. As soon as I got home the back door on the passenger side would not work. Even tho I got my stuff out of the back passenger door to leave it at the dealer. Come back to pick it up the next day and now it is not working. They wanted to charge me another $475 to fix that one too!1 I am sure had I gone back and had that one fixed the left passenger door probably would not have worked!!! More
