Miguel was very good. Not pushy, but had all the answers to questions and was very respectful. I do not like the fact the dealership automatically adds on items that run up prices, then you can’t get out of. Paying for like Nitrogen in the tires!! Come on, that is petty money grab! Detail department could do a better job also, had to completely clean the car again, small thing, but when you pay $27,000 for a vehicle it should be cleaned properly in my opinion. More

I brought my car in for an oil change and some other work. A driver took me back to my location as the car was there all day. When I picked it up in the evening, the 27 point assessment report identifie work. A driver took me back to my location as the car was there all day. When I picked it up in the evening, the 27 point assessment report identified several items that needed repair or replacement. Once I pointed out to the staff that the dealer had performed some of the needed work the prior year, they kindly apologized, reassessed the areas of concern and updated the report. I now have a more accurate inspection report. Thank you.for working with me. More
