1st guy was excellent, he show us the cars and we test drive. 2nd guy that we do negotiations is very bad. He sales cars on a daily basis, he can easily provide price quotes easily if I lease or buy th drive. 2nd guy that we do negotiations is very bad. He sales cars on a daily basis, he can easily provide price quotes easily if I lease or buy the car with 5 or 6 years payment. He has to go back and forth to his manger in order to get this simple info. He took so long to get this simple info. He wasted many hours of my time. If wasn’t I need a car, I wouldn’t buy from your company. More

Bought car sight unseen. Jesse described vehicle in great detail and I was happy with the condition of it when it was shipped to me. My issue was the tires were totally bald Jesse described vehicle in great detail and I was happy with the condition of it when it was shipped to me. My issue was the tires were totally bald and it pulled hard to the left. I told Jesse about this and he told me to get a quote for tires and an alignment. The quote was $1,200. Jesse said the dealership can only give me $545 which is there cost. It may be their cost but that’s not my cost. Then when I brought it to have the tires done, there were locks on the rims with no key. Sent Jesse a text message with photos and called the dealership and left a message with the sales manager but no return text or email. I was told lots of people were looking at the vehicle and it kept getting pulled out of service so that stuff was overlooked. That’s fine, then pay my cost to fix it. Car was not drivable the way I received it. More
