Let me preface by saying I'm pretty hard on ratings, 4 is pretty good for me. 5 is perfect and beyond, can't say I ever had that treatment when buying a car... I requested not having to stay longer than hour to complete the deal since most everything was taken care of prior to me picking up the vehicle. (Love that most everything can be done digitally!) After I got home I discovered car manual was missing, Jermaine was able to get me one which I appreciate! Cons: They did try to low-ball me on my trade-in, but when I provided what another dealership was willing to give they did match it. I did feel they were too busy to really take the time to review the car features with me. But I was out abt 75 minutes over all which was my end goal! Overall a pleasant car buying experience which I haven't really had in the past. So I would recommend! More

Carlos was the rudest sales person I have ever met in my life. He made racist remarks, was unprofessional for no reason at all. My wife and I were shocked by his behavior and chose to leave within 5 minutes life. He made racist remarks, was unprofessional for no reason at all.
