I was approved for a vehicle. I was told the monthly payment and term and they asked for a parcial deposit on the car. Next I heard nothing. Emailed their customer service after n I was told the monthly payment and term and they asked for a parcial deposit on the car. Next I heard nothing. Emailed their customer service after numerous phone calls weren’t returned. In hopes of a follow up I decided to visit the store. Once there a new salesperson tells me that I needed an extra $1000 down. This is after I already purchased insurance for the car I was approved for. I declined paying the additional $1000 and asked for my $500 partial deposit back. That was 4 weeks ago. My phone calls are never answered or returned. I came back to the store today and waited almost 30 minutes before having to leave for work and still haven’t received a return on my deposit. I use to work for Suburban in garden city 3 years ago and would never thought that the staff would treat a customer and former employee this way. I know David Fischer Jr would not appreciate that from his staff, especially here at the Troy motor mall. Oh and they just recently lowered the price of the car $1000 The worst service I’ve ever received in my life More
