Hi Danielle, we regret to hear that your recent experience was anything less than exceptional. I did further research and after speaking with Alisa and reading the text thread between both of you, I see that there were multiple extended warranties that you had her contact. When you initially dropped off your vehicle none of the extended warranty information was provided as you didn't have it with you. We understand that all of this played a role in the delay. Based on the text thread Alisa communicated every step of the way and provided you with a rental while your vehicle was in our repair shop. When dealing with extended warranties it can be tedious as they all have different processes to submit claims and we are usually on their time as the approvals come from them; therefore, can't move forward with ordering any part or moving forward with repairs. Alisa is still waiting for an approval for your torn seat. As soon as she does have the approval, she then will order your seat and call you to get you scheduled back in. We know this can be frustrating, but these are the steps we must take in order to repair your seats. In regard to the sticker, we apologize that it was overlooked. I will make this a topic of discussion at our next shop meeting to ensure our technicians are paying attention to detail. We can have the sticker mailed to you if you'd like; however, our Customer Care Center will also reach out to you when your vehicle is due for its next oil change Service.
