Hello Daniel, we are disappointed to hear that we did not meet your expectations. We pride ourselves on providing top quality service to our customers. I spoke with your Advisor, and he did explain that he spoke with you over the phone and went over the recommendations; however, they were declined. The recommendations are also documented on the Repair Order that you should have received a copy of. The Advisor also mentioned that he did advise that you can come by at 5 to pick up. Regarding the gas cap, we understand it may seem like a small item, but unfortunately, we cannot provide parts for free. In our industry like many others, even minor components come at a cost and while we always try to help our customers, providing free parts is not something we are able to do. We appreciate your feedback and would be happy to discuss your concerns further if you'd like to speak with our service manager directly. Our goal is always to provide transparent and fair service.
