Hello, we appreciate all feedback including negative feedback as we learn from it and use it to coach our team. We are disappointed to hear that you were no pleased with the experience provided. Yvonne is new in the position and is still learning as she goes, so being called ignorant is not ok. She explained that you requested a Loaner we don't have loaners we have rentals. These rentals are not covered by warranty even if it is for a recall and if covered by warranty, we would need an approval first. I am not sure if that is what upset you but, we want to clarify that if that was the reason for choosing to take your business elsewhere, she was doing her job.
