Richatd who represents Nissan of Tirrance was helpful in solving to my car problems. Luckily for me I am still under warranty. The mechanic who went on test drive was helpful in understanding my concerns solving to my car problems. Luckily for me I am still under warranty. Richard was able to get me a rental because he understood my need for continued mobility. My car has been in for 3’weeks now, work has not been started. I am told that special tool needs to be ordered for the oart to be replaced, slthis should have been done when the we knew what part was bei started. Mandez Jones was very respectful. He listened to what I wanted in a vehicle. As we looked at the cars he explained all the features of each car he showed me. He not only met my expectations he worked with wanted in a vehicle. As we looked at the cars he explained all the features of each car he showed me. He not only met my expectations he worked with me to get me a good deal. Once I purchased my new SUV he made sure to demonstrate how all the features of the new vehicle worked. After all this he even invited me to come back to ensure that I understood how everything worked from the cruise control to the auto lights/hibeam head lights and more! Mandez Jones is awesome!!!!
