I see no way to correct the service problems....it is endemic to this dealership. These problems never came up with the prior ownership. People will always remember how they are treated. Having to wander through all the cars on the lot to retrieve my car after waiting 20 minutes after paying for my service will send me to another dealer/ repair shop.
