Hello Mr. Matt Ting, we read and understood your concerns therefore we pulled the walk-around pictures and noticed quite a few scratches on your vehicle; however, the side you are concerned about not only had scratches, but it also has a large dent. I sent you an email with the picture for reference. We are truly disappointed to have received a negative review due to the scratch you noticed upon arriving home, but based on our pictures those scratches were already there. Hello Mr. Turney, we are truly disappointed that you felt our Advisor was trying to take advantage of you in anyway. Our Advisors job is to make recommendations based on our technicians' findings. You came in with a check engine light, our tech found a hose that was damaged to your secondary gas pump. There was no labor time listed in all data as it's an aftermarket system that was installed. There was an extension diagnosis performed with a smoke machine to verify where the gross leak in the evap system. To replace the hose, it was going to take an additional hour to replace and to reinspect the repairs. Once again, we are disappointed to hear that you felt our team was trying to "rip you off" that is never our intention as our customers are our top priority.
