Had an appointment for 4pm and I showed up half hour earlier and was seen by manny and he kept me updated on the status of my car and when they found something that needed immediate attention he let me earlier and was seen by manny and he kept me updated on the status of my car and when they found something that needed immediate attention he let me know what could be moved around for a future visit so that the work that needed to be done with urgency could be done during that visit while still addressing my concerns and getting me out of there in timely manner. I brought my car in for service and feel that I was completely taken advantage of. My car is only 3 years old with about 9,000 miles and they tried to charge me $1,500.00.
