Apparently there’s been a recall on my car. It’s been there for YEARS! Every time I have service check on it, they say it was already fixed but the system still shows it as open. So, this time the advisor, Manny, asked if I wanted to take care of the recall. I explained and asked how long it would take. He said I’d have to pick it up the next day. So, I declined. When the oil change was done and I went home, I looked at the receipt and it stated that I declined the recall AND the inspection of the brakes, power steering, coolant, trans, air filter, cabin filter!!! I had only declined the unnecessary and time consuming RECALL. Also, before the appointment time, I received an email asking if I would like an estimate on my car while I was waiting for the oil change. I replied yes and it was confirmed. I never received an estimate. The next day (today), I received a text asking if I wanted to bring in my car for an estimate!!! 🤦🏻♂️ 3 stars for the great coffee machine, though! More

Also he recommended service work to be done and when I questioned him about it he said there was nothing he could do about it. Not let’s see how we can help solve this problem. Just nope that’s it. Referred me to the parts manager. He said he’s over there. Where there was I don’t know. Also, when he said he will come find me he never did. Terrible customer service.
