Dropped off my car for a routine oil change. As I’m driving it out of the parking lot I notice a new and concerning noise coming from my car. They had it for 2 days looking into this new problem As I’m driving it out of the parking lot I notice a new and concerning noise coming from my car. They had it for 2 days looking into this new problem. They tried to charge me to look at it but changed their mind when I pushed back. In the end they said I needed a ton of stuff replaced because of “rust” (my car is a 2015) and that it’d be several thousand dollars. When I picked it up this time it wasn’t making the noise anymore. I took my car to a shop I trust for a second opinion and they looked at it throughly and said their was absolutely nothing wrong with my car. I no longer trust this place with my car and never plan to return. More
