I waited almost 4 hours to get my car serviced only to receive a text that it would take another 1.5 to 2 hours because they had not started working in my car. The service person was rude and condescending when I voiced my concerns over the wait period and only then when I asked to speak with his manager dis they offer to take me home. That service should have been offered when I fist got there it's free. Also the service person tried to upsale services I didn't need and had I stayed another 1.5 to 2 hours and let them work on my car I would have paid $92.26 more for an air filter i didn't need ( according to Oscar at Cerritos) than I paid at Cerritos. I can guarantee I will never return to Nissan of Torrance to have my car serviced. Another thing the dumb xxx left the air filter underneath the hood of my car not in the proper location, this was pointed out to me by the service tech when I went to Cerritos Nissan yesterday. More

Dealership is clean and fairly efficient. Brought Altima in for routine service (oil and filter change) and some warranty issues: dash rattle, transmission, and driver-side carpet mat anchor. Service department could not find dash rattle and stated transmission had no problems. They did replace a plastic anchor for the carpet floor mat. So….they accomplished 1/3. When I had rattle issues with my Toyota products, the dealership was able to solve them. This was the second time I brought the car in for the dash rattle, with no luck.
