I have brought my car in 4x, so far, in the last 2 months. Initially, my starter needed replacing, then 2 weeks later, my engine light (previous (3x) throttle body problems) had come on. It had been a months. Initially, my starter needed replacing, then 2 weeks later, my engine light (previous (3x) throttle body problems) had come on. It had been approximately 1 1/2 years, since it initially had come on. At the same time, I was told they were receiving codes for transmission problems, of which got replaced, and I was provided with a rental car. After getting my car back from the dealer, a couple of days later, the engine light (throttle body problems) came on again, at which time I left my car with the dealer & my mother & I were provided with a Lyft ride home. My service rep, Chris, called me on Tuesday afternoon & said that the throttle body replacement had been approved, the parts had been ordered & should be in on Wednesday, and my car should be ready by the end of the day. Chris also said that he would be on vacation Wednesday, returning on Monday, that David Campos would be covering for him. However, no one called me on Wednesday, so I tried calling on Thursday morning & I was told that they didn't think David was in, but they would transfer me to someone who could find out if my car was ready. A male came to the phone & put me on hold to go check & see if it was ready, I was on hold for over 15 minutes, and no one returned to the phone, it just just hung up, and when I tried calling back, it just rang, so I just decided to go up to the dealership & see what was going on. Once at the dealership, I initially was told that my car was ready & they just needed to finish up the paperwork, as I was getting ready to pay my bill, I was also speaking to the Service Manager & expressed what all I had been through & he offered to comp me my oil change for all of my trouble & apologized for the inconvenience. So, I am very glad that I did purchase the Extended Service Warranty last year, because it turned our to be very instrumental in getting all of the problems I had been having with my vehicle resolved ! Thanks again - so far - I am VERY satisfied ! More
