Rick kept me posted on progress, told me that an axle had to be replaced (covered by warranty), and had the car ready early. He also arranged a complementary washing and windshield fluid top-up. And the price was much lower than I anticipated. I appreciated his wisdom, and the efficiency and transparency of the entire experience. More
