When I came into the facility on Monday, Kris sitting at his area greeted me and asked if there’s anything he could do to help me. I explained everything to him. Able to get my car in and looked at he said his area greeted me and asked if there’s anything he could do to help me. I explained everything to him. Able to get my car in and looked at he said it would take about two hours. He was correct and I even told him I was a teacher. There was anything he could do so the cost would not be so crazy. And he was able to help me with that also. He was very thoughtful and seemed to care. And even the guy who fixed the battery and also did the recall on my car. Did a great job and communicated also with me. The staff there was amazing and I left happy and felt that I was actually listened to. More

Raymond is the best service manager I have ever dealt with...bar none. I brought my car in for a recall and 20k service maintenance on a Saturday and I was surprised how busy it was. He was the only ser with...bar none. I brought my car in for a recall and 20k service maintenance on a Saturday and I was surprised how busy it was. He was the only service manager on at the time so I had to stand in line. When it was my turn, I told him what I was here for and without prompting, he found service coupons which lowered the price considerably. Even though the service dept was swamped, he said that the car should be ready in a couple of hours. I didn't believe him. Sure enough, the car was ready in exactly two hours. After paying, he told me the car would be delivered to the front. I waited for thirty minutes and there was no sign of the car. He saw me and asked "what are you still doing here?" I said the car isn't here yet. He was surprised and said he will check on it. Five minutes later, he brought the car around. From start to the end, he was simply wonderful to work with. As I said, best service manager ever! More

The dealership performed recall check and 20k maintenance within 2 hours which was amazing considering how busy they were on a Saturday.
