Awesome Im pretty sure i would have not purchased this vehicle from Nissan New Rochelle. No knock against NNR but my plan was to look at several other car man Im pretty sure i would have not purchased this vehicle from Nissan New Rochelle. No knock against NNR but my plan was to look at several other car manufactors and a couple other Nissan Dealers to try and gage and get the best vehicle at my price and i think i did that here. Sales man Bryan Quintana is an outstanding person let alone salesman. I admire this young man's hard work and loyailty to his customers, this dealership got my business because of him. More

Non Communication Today I visited this dealership with my husband and daughter. Met with Nicole to show us two Nissan Rogue we were interested in. The 2015 and the 2016 Today I visited this dealership with my husband and daughter. Met with Nicole to show us two Nissan Rogue we were interested in. The 2015 and the 2016 had the same price no comparison between the two which seem pretty odd since the mileage was higher in the 2016. All Nicole asked was “who is the car for?” What does that matter? She should of asked what price range are we looking for? She just seemed bothered not friendly enough to sell me a car today. When you walk away feeling this way about a salesperson you’re not going to want to return. I want to tell Nissan of New Rochelle make sure you have more engaging and communicating salespeople working for you! More

Anthony is the owner and he’s always on the floor greeting and helping customers. The General Manager, Wayne, is very knowledgeable and actually takes the time to listen to your needs and provide great service. Donnell was my sales consultant, but more like a moral supporter as the cars sell themselves. He is great!! I highly recommend this dealership. I have gotten two leases from them so far and will continue to lease from them moving forward. PS, they also have a service desprtment that gets you in and out with fast great service. Carlos will greet you in the mornings with a big smile (and coffee with bagels). More

Scam Job Bait n Switch Beware Walked-in to look at a CPO last week. The young salesman was perfectly nice but obviously inhibited by all to industry common scam artist business pra Walked-in to look at a CPO last week. The young salesman was perfectly nice but obviously inhibited by all to industry common scam artist business practices... The car I was interested in was on AutoTrader and their own website for apx $24,000... However, the salesman quoted me a price of more than $26,000 - the first sign of trouble. After we established the price was indeed the $24k number, we took a test drive... Upon returning, I was give a "full break down" cost sheet which added $3,500 to the car!?!? $1,000 for "deal prep fees", $2,000 for reconditioning (breaks, tires, etc), and $500 for "salesman commission" ... (not joking) ... So before I even sat down the car which was listed at about $24,000 was now over $27,500!?!? Who is stupid enough to put up with this garbage. I just walked out. They get 2 stars (as opposed to 1) star because their initial offered on my trade-in was not insultingly low. Still not good, but far from the worst in this respect, More
