Something about him shouted that he's an honest person-- a quality that you see not even rarely in a salesman (I'm sure you know how most are: chatty, braggy, too many repetitions, annoying vibes.. but none of that here). Everything was adequate. He was calm and professional. He told me all about the car like anyone would, its great qualities, safety features, and more, and then proceeded to show me the car. Great car, great guy. Even after the business, he kept his professionalism. You don't see that much often nowadays. Find Donell. To make a long story short, I purchased a new vehicle, a Nissan Maxima. Not only was Mr. Panarella absolutely fantastic, but made me feel very comfortable. Once I decided to purchase the vehicle, Mr. Panarella handed the reigns over to Thomas Mautone, who was an absolute perfectionist. He handled everything with ease and, like Mr. Panarella, made me feel very comfortable This is fourth vehicle I have purchased from this dealership. When that didnt work he took me to the dealership, which was located in the bronx and we worked everything out.
