Overall I had worst experience I bought pre-owned car from the dealer and Bruce helped me with overall process related to finance. Based on recommendation I bought the service contr I bought pre-owned car from the dealer and Bruce helped me with overall process related to finance. Based on recommendation I bought the service contract for 3 years from him and everything looked good to me. During the documentation, I found that the dealer charged me excess amount for DMV registration and after contacting him multiple times (He never responded my calls and emails), the charges were lot more and was not disclosed during the signing of the sale agreement. Another issue happened recently when I found that the service contract is useless and tried contacting him again. After so much of communication ( again never responded my calls and emails), I had to visit the showroom to cancel the service contract. He took the form but never submitted it for the process. 2 weeks past and still he didn't provide me any updates on the cancellation process and the refund. Felt like very worst service ever. More
