Saw their add online for a 2024 Pathfinder. Follow all their instructions about incentives. When arrived at the dealership, I was told they would not honor the internet price and it was going t Follow all their instructions about incentives. When arrived at the dealership, I was told they would not honor the internet price and it was going to be $6000 more. I was told that incentives could not be combined, I asked them to show me in writing where it says that, they could not. Thay also stated had to purchase their addons which were over $5000 such a $1500 for window tint, even though the window sticker said it was factory installed. I was told i would have to bring back the vehicle at a later date to get the addons installed. I said I don't want them they sated it was their policy that they would not sell the vehicle without them. There was no addendum sticker on the vehicle when I test drove it. They attempted to add everything on after. I was told the manager worked hard at getting my 5% financing. lol with a credit score in the high 700s. The manager refused to negotiate on my trade wanting to cheat me out of thousands. They would not even honor there $750 discount code for going to the website. Do not go there they will rip you off!!!!!! I called Cavender in San Marcos as they had the same vehicle I was looking for. Cavender gave me all the incentives from Nissan, yes combining them. They got me the Nissan financing with 2.9% and even gave me lifetime oil changes and tire rotation for free!!!!!!!! Never will I go to Nissan of New Braunfels, and I will never let my friends or even enemies go there. They are a den of Thieves More
i had a poor experience with a different dealer who added over $4000 in hidden costs so when we got to Nissan of New Braunfels I specifically asked Keygan my assigned sale guy if their advertised price was t over $4000 in hidden costs so when we got to Nissan of New Braunfels I specifically asked Keygan my assigned sale guy if their advertised price was the final number or was there any hidden fees. He assured me on three occasions that the advertised price plus tax title and license was all I would need to pay. When we got waiting up the contract they told us there was an $800 GPS tracking device they added to the car and they couldn't remove it due to some clause in some contract so we needed to pay for it. They added $499 for not having a trade-in and $1000 for not financing. I decided to offer my car for trade and they offered me $3500 and I said I'd pay 50% cash and finance 50%. That should have eliminated the $499 add-on and the $1000 add-on. 10 minutes later the sales came back and said he could only do $2000 for the trade-in. This was my first time buying me own car and it certainly was stressful and uncomfortable. To make things worse, I had not owned the car for 1 hour when the check engine light came on .I contacted the dealership and they said because I had signed As Is for the car there was nothing they could do to help. I contacted the sales manager and he said he would talk to his director and ask if they could help at all. He came back and said they could diagnose the problem get me any required parts at their cost and get me a warranty that could potentially save me $2000.. I arranged to take the car back for the diagnostic check but the sales manager would not be there that day but not to worry he had given all the information to the service folks. Long story short they diagnosed it as a transmission issue (which I already knew) and that I needed a new transmission at $8000. That was all they could do for me. I never saw or heard from the sales manager even though I left him several messages. I took my car to a reputable transmission shop and they fixed the issue for $3000. Terrible, terrible experience. Will never set foot in that dealership again. More
Classic bait and switch. These people have no business selling cars in this day and age. Drove 1.5 hours for a car listed at $21,395, TrueCars had a quoted total price of 22K. They ignored both and said list price was 27k. That's 27K before taxes and fees. This is way over KBB and the local market value for a 2018 Armada with 96k miles. They claimed they never heard of TrueCar. They would not acknowledge their own website listing price. They are the absolute worst. No hand shake or professionalism on leaving either. Complete garbage dealership. More

I will never purchase a vehicle from these cold hearted people again. My payoff was short by $1000. My banks quoting error. I asked if they can split it with me, knowing dealerships can do write o people again. My payoff was short by $1000. My banks quoting error. I asked if they can split it with me, knowing dealerships can do write offs. It's not my fault the bank misquoted me and it's not their fault but I asked if they'd do a 50/50 split. Not only did they refuse but they demanded I pay even after I told them I am currently at a funeral home planning the funeral of 2 relatives. Cold hearted bunch of people at this dealership. More
Found a Nisan Kicks on the dealer website listed for $15,300. Went to look at it and was helped by salesperson H. Mearns. Was assured by Ms. Hearns that the price was the final price not including ta $15,300. Went to look at it and was helped by salesperson H. Mearns. Was assured by Ms. Hearns that the price was the final price not including tax, title and license. After providing all my info for finance, she came back with the total and it was $18,000. She said the extra $2,000 dollars was extras that she didn’t mention such as tinted windows, gps, clear coat protectant, and other fees. The manager Matt came over with an attitude and said the extras aren’t listed on the website and by law he can’t list them. He was extremely disrespectful towards my wife and I, not once apologizing to us. We were lied to. This dealership uses deceptive advertising abd is extremely unprofessional. Buyers beware. More
I have to take my previous reviews back. At first, Nissan of New Braunfels treated us like royalty. Unfortunately, like so many other businesses, once they get your signature, that's where the poor customer of New Braunfels treated us like royalty. Unfortunately, like so many other businesses, once they get your signature, that's where the poor customer service kicks in. We bought a vehicle from there and during purchase, they treated us excellently. That was back in 2018. The sales paper listed some things that were not present in the vehicle: an extra set of floor mats, first aid kit, cargo net...all valued at over$200. Instead of getting like equipment from a similar car, they lied and said those things were VIN specific. If they were VIN specific, why were they missing in the first place? They said they had to order it...made us wait over 2 weeks and we had to keep following up with them to get it. At purchase time, the salesman promised me a cool carabiner keychain that they had in the showroom floor case. He never got it to me and I asked several times. Flash forward, and the vehicle is showing engine codes and the engine keeps cutting out. First time it went in, they claimed to not find anything and when we got it back, engine light was gone. It came back a few months later, and I had the engine checked elsewhere. It showed the current code, AND historic (past) code, both were the same. They cleared the previous code without fixing the issue and lied about it. For this new code, the claimed to fix it and we picked up the vehicle. They also told us again about a safety recall that they were supposed to have submitted for us since they claim that's also VIN specific. Never heard back on that for over 8 months. Less than 2 weeks after they fix the new engine code, the engine light is back, and it's a new code with the same code as before! NOT FIXED. I email the guy and he has the audacity to tell me he can't fix it over email or after hours. So I had to escalate it. The new manager that it was escalated to was terrible. She promised to call back multiple times and didn't, then was supposed to get sales manager involved so they could offer is a "terrific"deal on a new car if we trade this one in rather than go through a lemon law claim. Well the deal they offered was no better than any regular deal we could have gotten at theirs or any other dealerships. It was kind of insulting actually. I had to escalate above her, and THEN she became super responsive to us... But with a pretty shabby deal. In the end, to get away from them, we traded the vehicle in to a different brand dealership altogether. Now, we are getting hounded that the parts for safety recall are in, even though we told them that we traded the vehicle away and she said she would stop it. Behind all of that, the dealership had their GM call me, but it was obviously too late and he acknowledged that. They didn't handle it when it mattered, but now they're interested knowing there would be nothing they could do or would get to do. I even mentioned the Royal treatment and how it disappeared, and they acknowledged that also, but it didn't really come back when they were told. Acknowledging a failure, and then continuing to fail in the same way fixes nothing. In addition, I mentioned that carabiner to that manager and the GM and she promised that the GM was going to mail me one to keep the promise that they made way back in 2018. That was like a month ago. You guessed it... No carabiner. Sad to say it, but maybe you want to shop elsewhere. Don't expect them to keep their promises. They never kept a single one with us. More
Fabulous service and beautiful facility I went to this beautiful dealership to have my oil changed and by 4 tires. They told me it would take less than an hour and I was shocked that my car I went to this beautiful dealership to have my oil changed and by 4 tires. They told me it would take less than an hour and I was shocked that my car was finished I just sat down to enjoy a snack and Demi came and got me and said your car is washed and ready to go.
