Outstanding customer service I originally went in for air in each of my tires as they were low. The Service Rep (Robert R) was kind enough to inflate all the tires - at no cost. While he was inflating the tires, he noticed that 2 of my tires were not original to the car and bought from another company. Robert advised me that Nissan is willing to price match on tires. I have had 3 Nissans for over 10 years and was never informed that they were even willing to work with someone on the price of tires. I always went to another company and bought what I had to. Robert also gave me his business card and stated that he places his work cell phone number on the card to accept texts from customers that would like to "text ahead" for an appointment, For customers like myself that prefer to text and may not be able to make a phone call during work; this is the most convenient option. I felt comfortable and that Robert was there to help me. I have never thought of someone in the "car business" as trustworthy or having my best interest at heart. More

I went to get a "free" tire rotation at Tire Discounters one day cause it was near my house. My BAD.....they tried to up sell me a new battery. I knew my battery was fine so I said..... don't do a thing and I took it to Mark and he had his team check it out. Guess what!? My batter checked out perfectly. I will ALAWAYS recommend you guys and your service department to everyone even if they don't drive a Nissan. BTW so great to see your adorable family in your TV ads on channel5 in December! I had my car serviced for an oil change, and it was done in less than an hour. Jennifer was such a pleasant person to work with and was very thorough in explaining the results of the diagnostic test run on my vehicle. I recommend this place with extremely high praise! More

Initial bad experience corrected. During a recent visit to get an air bag sensor checked, nissan of cool springs broke a part off the front of our Murano. I was told they would check into to it and get back to me, and of course they still charged me a diagnostic fee for checking the sensor. Never heard from them as to what they found or received any compensation for the part. With out a doubt the worst dealership experience I've ever had. UPDATE: Operations Manager Mark Hepler responded to my concerns and refunded the diagnostic fee and paid for the part. Also offered to fix our initial issue with airbag sensor at employee price. Mark made a bad experience better. More

Tire Rotation Service Review I took my Nissan Rogue in for a tire rotation before a road trip that I was planning and was very pleased with the service from this dealership, speci I took my Nissan Rogue in for a tire rotation before a road trip that I was planning and was very pleased with the service from this dealership, specifically the service advisor, Andrew Wiedman. He was extremely helpful with explaining what I required today, as well as, what is due next with my service. Also, he offered to clean my car and asked if I had time for the cleaning. He exceeded my customer service expectations and would to point out his exceptional service. I have bought other Nissan vehicles from Cool Springs Nissan, but not this one......I will make sure that I purchase any other future Nissan vehicles from this dealership since my service visit was a great experience. Don't trust the Service Center Nissan of Cool Springs - Do not trust the service department. I brought my 2009 350Z into the dealership so that they could check the convertible top Nissan of Cool Springs - Do not trust the service department. I brought my 2009 350Z into the dealership so that they could check the convertible top, it was not opening properly. I also asked them to quote me a price for a new top because I had visible holes in the top. The top quote was really high, so I told them I'd think about it. They quoted my $550 for parts and labor for compression band replacements, which I had them complete. Imagine my surprise when I took the car to another shop and they told me that compression bands were a standard part of a convertible top replacement. So, within a 3 week time frame I replaced the compression bands twice. This omission of information has caused me a large amount of money and stress. I contacted the dealership, they said that they'd call me back - I have yet to hear from them. Shame on them. Totally untrustworthy and shady More
