We've had nothing but professional and helpful exchanges with everyone from the front desk receptionist, to the sales team, to the service team, and that's why we will continue to purchase Nissan vehicles at Nissan of Cool Springs. I have been going to the dealer for 2 years and always have Jenifer write up my service requests. She explains what was been done and if any service will be needed in the near future. My car is delivered back to me washed. The waiting room is very comfortable and has good wifi. This deal and Jenifer provide a great service experience. I will buy me next Nissan from Nissan of Cool Springs. More

So his professionalism is much appreciated. When you buy a car, you usually buy for price. When you buy another vehicle you buy for service. Chris goes above and beyond the usual service writer. Parts counter not very customer driven I would start by saying i have owned Nissans for a long time and have had great experiences with the vehicles and most dealerships. I just had a horrible experience with the parts department at this dealership. My husband bought a part here for his Nissan several months ago and did not have time to put it on the car until Christmas break. He took the car apart and found that the parts department (Daniel) gave him the wrong part. It was very frustrating to say the least, but i guess it happens. He had to go up to autozone and get a non-oem part which he does not like to do... I went into the dealership today and asked to refund or at least replace the part with one that would fit our car. The dealership said there is nothing we can do because the part is not the right part that is on the invoice... they said we must have changed out the part. They basically said we were trying to steal the money. That is very disappointing. We will never do business with this dealership again. Funny thing is that it is time to trade in my husbands car. We will get a Nissan, but not from this dealership. I am going to spend the next couple days making sure i write every blog, and review service to let them know that they should beware of this store and never shop there. It was only $140 that they took from us...but it feel like more because they called us crooks. It shouldn't have to be this way, but they have the money and don't seem to care about what is right or wrong. More

Stating my problems were caused by a cold air intake. He has shown his ignorance, and got frustrated when I knew questioned what he was saying, knowing that he was in the wrong. He got flustered and eleveted the conversation then, so kindly, hung up on me! More
