Exceptional Service I recently received a factory recall notice and since it was time for an oil change, I decided to have both of these done in the same day. I called t I recently received a factory recall notice and since it was time for an oil change, I decided to have both of these done in the same day. I called the Service Dept. and was transferred to Kathy iService Dept. who was a joy to work with. Not only did she schedule the two things I needed done, but she also got me a rental car at no charge. She followed up with an email and phone call to verify with me the date and time and said a rental car would be available when I came in. As promised, Kathy had everything ready for me and I was on my way in the rental within 20 minutes. I also got a call from Kathy when my car was ready to pick up and gave me the reports for my files. I have never had a problem with the Service Dept. In fact, every time I go in to Service, I am treated courteously and professionally. Couldn't ask for more! More
Emergency repair on a holiday. My wife and I were were visiting near Cool Springs, TN over the Memorial Day weekend and one morning her key fob began to fail. Since our Altima has a pushbutton starter, no fob, no start. We called Nissan of Cool Springs after their service desk had closed but General Sales Manager Rob King told us to come and he'd help. Rob got on the phone with Parts Manager Gareth Collins (who was on vacation) and Gareth took us to the right spot in the right parts drawer to find the battery. After the problem was fixed, Rob then invited us to join his employees for BBQ up in their break room. Their team couldn't have been more helpful or professional. Les Nichols More

I was told by dealership i purchased my car, they should have honored. I will never take my car back to Nissan Cool springs. Very bad service. Service tech would not let me talk to his supervisor or manager. More

We've had nothing but professional and helpful exchanges with everyone from the front desk receptionist, to the sales team, to the service team, and that's why we will continue to purchase Nissan vehicles at Nissan of Cool Springs. Thank you for making me a loyalist (and I've had a few other brands before this!). More

I have been going to the dealer for 2 years and always have Jenifer write up my service requests. She explains what was been done and if any service will be needed in the near future. My car is delivered back to me washed. The waiting room is very comfortable and has good wifi. This deal and Jenifer provide a great service experience. I will buy me next Nissan from Nissan of Cool Springs. More
