Like the Dealership, but Service Rep needs some training The service person was not polite at all and did not introduce himself. He seemed that he only wanted to do the bare minimum. I pulled into the express lane where usually your employees come to me. I had to go to his desk and get him to talk to me. When I asked about balancing my tires as well as rotating them he told me that I didn't need that service because it was not included in my pre-paid service plan. I told him that I would try it his way but I was bringing it back if I thought it was not right. More
