Had a 2017 Dodge Challenger that was in an accident and was "totalled" by insurance. Wanted another Challenger and was looking for something more specific and found it at Nissan of Clearwater. Branden and Finance Manager Miguel got me the paperwork and helped get everything approved, signed and in order. Even getting the vehicle the day after Hurricane Helene went through and it still went off without a hitch. They even sent a shuttle to pick me up at the airport. With roads and bridges closed that was no small thing, so thank you Terri for picking me up. I have bought 2019 Volkswagen Jetta that was supposed to be sold for $15k but after electronically signed all paperwork and received by email I have found that the price was added as $19k and after went and be sold for $15k but after electronically signed all paperwork and received by email I have found that the price was added as $19k and after went and showed them they refused to refund the extra charge plus the car has two fault error codes showing after driving it for 5 miles and this my first time buying a defective car from a dealer and pay $5k extra fees. I have bout cars from Volkswagen Brandon and Dodge Clearwater and Toyota Clearwater but their fees ranges $700 to $1200 and never paid $5000 for dealer fees. I was told that $2500 is mandatory dealer package but they couldn’t explain the other $2500 and said this a price change. I am very disappointed for losing $5000 and getting a broken car and from a dealer. More
