I had service done on my car within the last 90 day by this facility and they installed a new Cadillac converter, all new brakes front and rear. Also repaired an o2 sensor for the check engine light and I this facility and they installed a new Cadillac converter, all new brakes front and rear. Also repaired an o2 sensor for the check engine light and I was told this would fix my problem. My check engine light came on again about 2 weeks ago so I brought it back into your facility. I was told this time there was a triangle piece of plastic missing. The only way this piece is missing is it was not put back on my car during the last repair. Now the service manage said to prevent any more future check engine lights I would have to pay $260 to replace this part that was not put back on my car when it was last serviced by your company. I am very upset since this car is 4 years old with 120,000 miles on it and I've spend about $8,000 in repairs on it and I would hope that since I am paying more money by bringing it to Nissan the job would be done correctly. More
