I wanted an SUV and the one I went for had already sold so Ellery showed me one that just came to the lot. He brought the car up to the front and showed me the car and I fell in Love with the size and comf so Ellery showed me one that just came to the lot. Set up appointment for warranty work and manager ordered parts need. Next day dealer calls me half way through the day and says parts were not on the truck somehow. Long awkward pause and I said ok next ste parts need. Next day dealer calls me half way through the day and says parts were not on the truck somehow. Long awkward pause and I said ok next step??? I was told they would put a rush on it for next day. Day 2 I had to call and manager said they were finishing up. Good. Got there to pick it up and they had no idea when I gave them my name about my vehicle. Vehicle located and pulled out. When I got in floor had dirt and sand. Drivers side window was smeared with grease. Vehicle wasn't sanatized either. Manager that got my vehicle had his mask on his chin. Not cool. You'd think after having my vehicle for an extra day because of their mistake they would have "white gloved" it but I guess not. .1 of 5 stars not 1 for poor communication and not wearing mask properly. I understand things happen but this is an easy fix to get a better rating. More
