Keith was excellent at keeping me updated. He was able to fit me in on an emergency basis. This is the second time I am coming in for the same problem within a month. I have full extended warranty. I made an appt on for an oil change. They sent a message for me to confirm the appt and they as soon as I showed up they say they will take me in. He got all my information to tell me that it’ll be a 2 hour for me to confirm the appt and they as soon as I showed up they say they will take me in.
