I needed a brake job, new tires, oil change and oil and cabin&engine air filters. I didn’t want to chase around to different service providers so I went to Bradenton Nissan’s web site. I started with the cabin&engine air filters. I didn’t want to chase around to different service providers so I went to Bradenton Nissan’s web site. I started with their chat box and left left all the information. I filter all my phone calls due to constant robo call and only provided my email address. I was contacted by their service consultant Eric the next day via email. He provided full pricing for everything I asked. When I wasn’t excited about the tire options they offered (All season radials) I asked if they could install tires I wanted to buy from an internet vendor. He said they they would and the cost was in line with the internet vendor’s recommended installers in our area. Scheduling was easy. He offered courtesy service to my home. When I arrived at the dealership, he walked out to my car before I even got out. We reviewed the project and the truck was ready that afternoon. Eric did an outstanding job helping me and I felt it was all handled professionally and respectfully. I’ll be back there for my next oil change an the balance of the maintenance work based on vehicle mileage. More
