Attention to detail has slipped at this dealership over the 4 yrs I’ve been dealing with them. This is the second year that the windshield is left smeared after inspection and emission check. Don’t tell me that my service is almost finished when my car isn’t ready for another 45 min. Cold air started blowing out of vents in waiting area halfway through 3 hr service to the point that I couldn’t remain there. Employees dismissed my concerns at first, then agreed that something wasn’t right but couldn’t resolve the problem. More
