$196. 10 to tell me exactly what I already knew about the issue and not fix the problem. Will never use this 'Stealership' again. Service staff member was only doing their job, but this Stealership charging a customer $196.10 to say there's nothing they can do to fix a warped sunroof glass and send me on my way is horrible customer service. Asked me to drop off early so they could get to it. Sat until the afternoon, was after 5pm when I finally received a call saying they see the issue but it's not covered and will be $1292 for new sunroof glass.
