SERVICE RUINED OUR VACATION!!!!! Had a vacation planned and the morning of leaving the engine light came on in our leased 2017 Nissan Altima on a Saturday morning. Car was not driving Had a vacation planned and the morning of leaving the engine light came on in our leased 2017 Nissan Altima on a Saturday morning. Car was not driving properly. Took it to dealership at 2pm and of course we all know rental companies close at noon on Saturdays. BUT THIS DEALER HAS NO LOANER PROGRAMS AND RELY ON RENTAL COMPANIES!! The service dept said we could drive it and if we break down they have free towing. ARE YOU SERIOUS?! Terrible terrible service. Kulp car rentals leave rentals at dealerships - how about you stock up on the weekends for situations like this?! That or get NISSAN LOANERS! More
