We asked to see them, and 10 minutes later, the dealer showed us one torn wiper blade and one melted wiper blade. Somehow, these wiper blades became bad between the time we dropped off the car and when the inspection was done. Also, put brand new tires on the car four days before and drove them 400 miles. Michelin factory spec new states tread depth to be 10/32 inch. Four days later and with 400 miles on them, this dealer measured the tires at 9/32 inch. We do not have bad driving practices as we got 88,000 miles out of our last set of the same brand and model of tires. To us, it seems this dealer needs additional training on how to measure tire specs, and it also seems they damage parts during the inspection process. More
