The salesman I worked with that day is long gone. It sounds to me like Mike genuinely cares about his customers. Over charge on used vehicles I came to dealership to pick-up my used convertible Murano 2011. I caught lfty to the dealership. When I presented the check. It was brought to my attention that dealership was Charge 137% over what the blue book said. The vechile was with only.$12,325. My credit will not allow their members to paid over 12,325 for vechile. So left without the vechile. Had to caught lfty back to home. The lfty ride both ways cost me $100.00. Also, give them deposit for vechile on 5/30. They claim they return the money to my account on 6/1.Today is Sunday, I still do not see the money in my account. They taken money from account on 5/30 and show the transaction taken from account on 5/30. We is money???? More

I appreciated the gentleman going over the features & how to activate/deactivate & how they worked...he even connected my phone to the Bluetooth. GREAT TEAMWORK!! More
