Great Customer Service I called for an appointment to have my State Inspection, oil and filter changed, and low tire pressure assessed. I was able to get a next day appointment. I took my care in late afternoon to facilitate early morning work. Mike met me at my car when I drove in. He ran my paperwork and saw that I had two pending recalls. All work was completed by midday. Mike phones to explain in detail the work that had been done. The service staff went above and beyond to assess my low tire pressure, but found no evident problem with the tire. I felt assured that my tire was safe. I was very happy to know there is one dealership just down the road from where I live and to my surprise it has been one of the best dealerships I have come across in many years you’re one service advisor Michael was so helpful with explaining to me about the inspections and the emissions and making sure that I knew exactly what was happening with my vehicle every step of the way and that took a lot of fear out of the picture!
