Brought back a door handle I ordered 2 days ago because the issue was inside the door and not the door handle itself. Was told That they cannot accept returns on a door handle that I painted and the door h the issue was inside the door and not the door handle itself. Was told That they cannot accept returns on a door handle that I painted and the door handle ordered using my VIN # comes painted. Instead of asking parts dept they assumed I painted the handle and tried to return it. Not a nice way to make a customer feel. And then you pay a $150 just to find out what you need. They do not deduct from the work if you proceed to have it done, an xtra $450. Wow More
Stay away! They changed Service staff with Nielsen's purchase of Nissan Stanhope and it's not an improvement, at least as far as the service writers go. I purchased a new 2019 370Z from this dealership and I warn anyone thinking about purchasing from them to strongly reconsider. Initially I had a defective seat frame and an issue with my convertible top s warn anyone thinking about purchasing from them to strongly reconsider. Initially I had a defective seat frame and an issue with my convertible top so I brought it in for service. The dealership claimed they needed a new seat frame from Japan and it would take a while, well it took a month!!! When I came in to pick the car up I asked why it took so long to get the seat frame from Japan and the service department stated "We did not have to order any part from Japan". I asked why they had my car for a month and had no a answer for me except babble! I have had my car serviced there two additional (2) times and they have damaged the paint on my car each time then denied it ever happened. Additionally, I negotiated 3 free oil changes when I made the initial deal and the service manager Jaime would not honor the two remaining because oil changes as he claims the dealership was sold. His take is he does not have to honor it. I would think any reputable service dealership would honor a previously agreed to contract but I have been wrong before. If I can help one person avoid the lack of professionalism, honesty and attention to quality workmanship then this review was successful. More
