Rick got me in at the last minute as I was traveling a long distance the next day. He even stayed after hours so they could get my car finished up. I did not have the greatest experience with my local (Corvallis, OR) dealer the one time I took it there. When I am ready to get another Volvo, I will come back to Niello for it! More
