Communication was non existent. Couldn’t get timely follow ups or repairs done within reasonable time frame. I fully believe my car was forgotten. Service advisor Edgar, more often than not, will just simply not answer texts or return phone calls. I have always had exceptional service and this was the most disappointing experience I have had at any dealership, with any car brand. I don’t know if I will bring my car back again. More

My experience was amazing. Edgar made sure that all of my concerns were taken care of with my XC-60 and kept me well informed on its progress through the timeline. Also, after I left the dealership, I experienced an issue with a windshield wiper (non-appointment related) and I returned back to the dealership. Edgar dropped what he was working on and immediately looked into the issue and worked with the technician to fix the problem. More
