Matthew was amazing to work with! I told him the issues I was experiencing and he made sure those were fixed. He surprised us by going above and beyond TWICE! In one case, he found that a previous service (with another staff no longer there) should’ve been covered by the warranty. He got that work refunded! Next, he found an issue with our drive line. This is a $3k+ repair. He got this corrected and ensured the warranty covered it, too! I am so happy he was our person that day. Volvo is so fortunate to have such dedicated and competent staff!
