This rating pertains to my visit on Wednesday, December 11, 2024, for my 2015.5 XC70 T6 Platinum to upgrade the modem and install updated maps. My Service Advisor was Edgar Partida. Approximately one hour 11, 2024, for my 2015.5 XC70 T6 Platinum to upgrade the modem and install updated maps. My Service Advisor was Edgar Partida. Approximately one hour after my arrival (9 am) Edgar came and told me the modem they received was damaged and they would not be able to install it. Another hour later, I was told the maps file was not installing properly and they would have to use the "long" method, which would take an extra two hours. At the end of the FIVE HOUR visit I left not having the most important part installed. Because I live in Reno it is a four-hour roundtrip to get work done. Now that winter has set in, I am less inclined to make that trip. Wish it had turned out better. More
