My whole experience was great! It was easy to see the car I wanted using Cars.com and the AI tool reached out right away to book an appointment. The next day I was able to get to the dealer, and RJ was such a great salesman. I showed up early and he made sure to ask if I was “Ben”, because he knew I had an appointment. That meant a lot to me, that he wanted to keep my appointment a priority over any random person that may come early. Even finalizing the paperwork with the finance manager Brian was enjoyable because he was a car guy himself! 10/10 rating for me! More
