Three things impressed me about Niello Volvo. 1) They were honest that the discount I received would not be available the very next day (I checked to validate) and 2) they got me dinner because I 1) They were honest that the discount I received would not be available the very next day (I checked to validate) and 2) they got me dinner because I waited a long time to buy my car (very classy) and 3) I lost my glasses at the dealership and they took extraordinary measures to find them (checked video, searched all the cars) and when they did, had them delivered to my house.
