Overall, the experience was as expected but I never feel good about having sales try to slip in another unnecessary cost. RJ was agreeable about backing down when I insisted that certain additions that he kept trying to add in (ex: the GPS tracker, powder coated hubcaps) be excluded. I never actually met Justin - he was busy and was originally going to step in on RJ's day off. But Sean picked up the slack and was the hero of the experience. More
